WARENDORF, Germany, Mar. 30, 2018–Kristina Bröring-Sprehe and Desperados FRH have been placed back on the Olympic squad following their succssful return to competition after a 15-month break.

The decision was made by the German Olympic Committee for Equestrian after Kristina, 31, and the 17-year-old Hanoverian stallion won the the Grand Prix and the Grand Prix Special with scores close to 80 per cent at Dortmund, Germany CDI4*.

The rider is aiming to be on the German team at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon, North Carolina Sept. 11-23.

The pair won team gold at the 2014 WEG in Normandy in 2014, as well team gold and individual bronze at the 2016 Olympics and team silver at the London Games in 2012.
