EBREICHSDORF, Austria, Mar. 23, 2018–Jessica von Bredow-Werndl rode TSF Dalera BB to victory in the Magna Racino CDI3* Grand Prix Friday, the first Big Tour competition for the 11-year-old Trakehner mare.

Jessica and Dalera, champions in the 2017 Louisdor Prize, Germany’s final of developing Grand Prix horses, scored 75.065 per cent for the victory. The only previous CDI for the Dalera was at small tour in August, 2016.

Jessica is on Germany’s Olympic squad with Unee BB and Zaire-E but has declared that she is also competing Dalera in her campaign to be selected for the World Equestrian Games in Tryon next September.

Fellow German Dorothee Schneider on Faustus, a 10-year-old Hanoverian gelding that she rode to reserve champion at last December’s Louisdor Prix and was competed here in a CDI at any level for the first time, placed second on 71,783 per cent.

Austria’s Astrid Neumayer on DSP Rodriguez placed third on 69.652 per cent.
