WELLINGTON, Florida, Jan. 11, 2018–Robert Dover announced Thursday the names of the 2018 Christian Kennedy Future Stars Scholarships of a month of free training with the United States team coach.

The recipients of the scholarships named for Christian Kennedy, one of the 2017 winners who was killed in a car crash in Wellington Nov. 26, are:

–Geena Martin, 25, of Gainesville, Florida;

–David Botana, 15, of Arora, Illinois;

–Carly Veeser, 23, of Powers, Michigan, and

–Paige Hendrick, 11, of Exeter, Rhode Island.

Robert said 34 riders applied for the scholarships of a free month of training with him at Oded Shimoni Dressage in Wellington during 2018.

This year’s age range of 11 to 25 is greater.

David Botana is a grade 1 para dressage rider.
