CAPPELN, Germany, July 16, 2017–Victoria Max-Theurer and Blind Date won the CDI4* Grand Prix Special Sunday for the first back-to-back victories for the partnership since returning two months ago from a year out of competition.
The four-time Olympian for Austria and the 15-year-old Hanoverian mare scored 74.137 per cent for the win after taking the Grand Prix Saturday at the family’s German estate.
Italy’s Pia Laus-Schneider on Shadow was second on 72.215 per cent with Emile Faurie of Great Britain on Dono di Maggio third on 70.843 per cent.
