MUNICH, Germany, May 27, 2017–Olympic rider Anabel Balkenhol and Heuberger TSF won the Pferd International CDI5* Saturday in the German pair’s first Big Tour Grand Prix Special.
Anabel and the 10-year-old Trakehner stallion scored 75.078 per cent for the win in their third CDI since starting Grand Prix last November. The duo were also in last December’s final of the Louisdor Prize, the German championship of developing Grand Prix horses.
Bernadette Brune also of Germany was second on Spirit of the Age OLD with a score of 71.961 per cent with Austria’s Astrid Neumayer on DSP Rodriguez third on 70.608 per cent.
