ACHLEITEN, Austria, June 9, 2017–Portugal’s Boaventura Freire and Sai Baba Plus won the CDI4* Grand Prix for the Special Friday for their first Big Tour victory.

Boaventura Freire and the 10-year-old Hanoverian stallion scored 70.980 per cent for the win after a year at Grand Prix and following success in young horse competitions in 2012/13.

Isabelle Steidle of Germany and Long Drink placed second on 70.700 per cent.

The USA’s Jennifer Hoffmann and Florentinus V placed third on 69.200 per cent in only the second Grand Prix for the Germany-based pair.
