France Wins Olympic Eventing Gold, Germany Silver, Australia Bronze

RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 9, 2016–France won Olympic eventing gold Tuesday with defending champions Germany the silver and Australia the bronze.

Individual medals will be decided by a jumpoff later Tuesday.
