AMSTERDAM, Jan. 29, 2016–Edward Gal on Glock’s Voice led a Dutch trio to dominate the World Cup Grand Prix, the seventh of nine 1qualifying competitions in the Western European League of the annual global championship.
Edward and Voice, a 14-year-old KWPN stallion, scored 77.620 per cent, with Diederik van Silfhout on Arlando second on 77.460 per cent and Hans Peter Minderhoud on Glock’s Flirt third on 76.900 per cent.
Germany’s Jessica von Bredow Werndl on Unee BB, on whom she won bronze at the 2015 World Cup Final in Las Vegas, was fourth on 76.620 per cent, with defending champion rider Charlotte Dujardin of Great Britain on Uthopia in fifth on 76.240 per cent.
The Freestyle will be staged Saturday to decide points for the World Cup Final in Gothenburg, Sweden at the end of March.
