LAUSANNE, Switzerland, Sept. 15, 2015–Trond Asmyr, International Equestrian Federation Dressage Director for the past six years, is on sick leave for an indefinite period, the FEI reported Tuesday.
Carina Mayer, Senior Manager, will lead and manage operations within the FEI Dressage & Para-Equestrian Department, the FEI said.
Originally from Norway, Trond was appointed to the FEI post in June, 2009. He rode competitively at national level for many years, is an FEI dressage judge and was on the board of the Norwegian Equestrian Federation for several years. Asmyr had lengthy experience in business management.
