FALSTERBO, Sweden, July 12, 2015–Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén and Don Auriello won the Grand Prix Freestyle Sunday to lead Sweden to victory in the CDIO5* Nations Cup with the Netherlands taking silver and Germany bronze.

Tinne and the 13-year-old Hanoverian gelding scored 82.200 per cent with team mate Patrik Kittel on Deja close behind on 81.250 per cent and the Netherlands’ Patrick van der Meer on Uzzo third on 77.825 per cent.

The final results of the Nations Cup, the fifth in the trans-Atlantic series and with all three Grand Prix divisions–Grand Prix, Special and Freestyle–counting were:

1. Sweden, 2. Netherlands, 3. Germany, 4. Denmark, 5, Spain, 6. United States.

The final event in the “test” series for 2015 will be Hickstead, England.
