AACHEN, Germany, July 16, 2014–Valegro, Totilas, Damon Hill, Bella Rose, Parzival and the rest of the big guns to compete in the Nations Cup passed the veterinary inspection at the World Equestrian Festival Wednesday. Painted Black ridden by Morgan Barbançon of Spain was held over until Thursday morning.

A larger crowd than usual for a vet check watched the horses being walked and trotted beside a newly created jogging track beside the spectacular extension to Deutsche Bank stadum that is the the 6,300-seat competition venue for dressage.
