PARIS, Dec. 2, 2013–Marc Boblet and Noble Dream Concept Sol posted a personal best score of 74,766 per cent to win the Salon du Cheval Grand Prix Monday, the first CDI3* dressage competition at this iconic show in the heart of Paris.
The French rider and the 11-year-old Oldenburg mare (Caprimond x Noble Affair) was awarded five scores above 72 per cent including 79.574 per cent from Swedish judge Magnus Ringmark in surpassing their previous best Grand Prix score of 70.681 per cent at Lyon, France five weeks ago.
Finland’s Terhi Stegars and Axis TSF placed second on 72.000 per cent and Jessica Michel of France and Riwera de Hus were third on 70.383 per cent.
The event, known for the headline Paris Gucci Masters of show jumping, staged competitions in dressage, driving, eventing, jumping, reining and vaulting as well as para dressage as a taste of the World Equestrian Games to be held in Normandy next summer.
