WELLINGTON, Florida, Oct. 22–A decision on year round use of the Global Dressage Festival grounds was delayed for 48 hours after a local government hearing Tuesday night was not completed after 3 1/2 hours of discussion.

The hearing will resume Thursday night on an agreement between Equestrian Sport Productions that stages the Global Dressage Festival and the Winter Equestrian Festival and the Village of Wellington to end almost two years of bitter fighting that divided the community hosting the world’s largest horse show.

The decision to be made Thursday will not impact the 2014 GDF schedule of six international CDI events over 12 weeks next winter as provisional approval has already been given for use of the multimillion dollar GDF show grounds from Nov. 1 to April 30.
