MOSCOW, Sept. 7–Russia’s Tatiana Dorofeeva rode Khorovod to a personal best score and victory Saturday in the World Cup Grand Prix, the fourth of six Central European events leading to the Final in Lyon, France next April.

Tatiana and the 13-year-old Russian gelding, who are in fourth place in the CEL standings, scored 69.745 per cent in their campaign to qualify for their second World Cup Final.

Russian Olympian Aleksandra Korelova and Baikal placed second on 65.957 per cent with Bulgaria’s Oleg Vasilev and Kondor Sonet in third on 64.511 per cent.

The Freestyle for which points will be awarded in the CEL–one of four leagues in the only annual global dressage championship–will be held Sunday.
