LONDON, Aug. 1–Dressage veterinary inspections are frequuently a fashion parade with some show organizers arranging prizes for best-dressed, and though there are no awards at the Olympics the jog before the panel of veterinarians and judges is a display of uniforms reflecting national aspirations–maybe–but definitely a fashion statement.
