LEXINGTON, Kentucky, June 2–The dates and locations for the 2011 Great American Insurance Group/U.S. Dressage Federation Regional Dressage Championships were announced Wednesday.

* Region 1 at the Virginia Horse Center in Lexington, Virginia, Oct. 20-23;

* Region 2 at Majestic Farm in Batavia, Ohio, Sept. 22-25;

* Region 3 at HITS Post Time Farm in Ocala, Florida, Oct. 14-16;

* Region 4 at the North Iowa Fair Grounds in Mason City, Iowa, Sept. 9-11;

* Region 5 at WestWorld of Scottsdale, Arizona, Nov. 4-6;

* Region 6 at the Idaho Horse Park in Nampa, Idaho, Sept. 22-25;

* Region 7 at the Murieta Equestrian Center in Rancho Murieta, California, Oct. 6-9;

* Region 8 at HITS on the Hudson in Saugerties, New York, Sept. 13-18, and

* Region 9 at the Great Southwest Equine Center in Katy, Texas, Nov. 3-6.

Competitors qualify for the championships by competing in designated qualifying classes throughout the year.
