WELLINGTON, Florida, Oct. 28–Germany’s Kai Vorberg, the world’s top ranked male vaulter, has joined the star-studded cast signing on to perform at the U.S. Equestrian Team Foundation Gala Fundraiser in West Palm Beach Dec. 11-12.

Vorberg  has accumulated 11 medals at World and European Championships and has led the world rankings for three years.

Vorberg and Lynn Palm Pittion-Rossillon, the creator of the famous Bridleless Musical Exhibition, were among the latest of celebrity equestrians who will perform at the SUCCEED® and Wellington Classic Dressage Holiday Gala Fundraiser at the Jim Brandon Equestrian Center near Wellington.

American Quarter Horse Association champion and trainer Lynn Palm has built a successful career with a wide spectrum of abilities and experiences. Perhaps best known for her work with the two-time Superhorse champion, Rugged Lark, Lynn has also created a legacy of training and showing an unmatchable cadre of outstanding performance horses. Breaking the mold of the age-old adage, “those who can’t do, teach” Lynn Palm is an all-around Western and English horsewoman and a legend in her own time.

Palm has an outstanding list of achievements to her name, including 34 World and Reserve Championships; Four Superhorse Championships and AQHA Female Equestrian of the Year. Among more than 50 special bridleless exhibitions with Rugged Lark were those at the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games, National Horse Show and The Washington International Horse Show.

Palm and Rugged Painted Lark will preview at the USET fundraiser their Bridleless Musical Exhibition that the pair will perform at the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky.

Singer/songwriter Templeton Thompson, one of Nashville’s most sought-after session vocalists who has performed across the U.S., in Europe and Japan, will sing numbers from her “Girls & Horses” and soon to be released “Life on Planet Cowgirl” albums.

Previously announced participants include Pony Club Mounted Games featuring Gina Miles, Cathy Wieschhoff, Hawley Bennett, Karen O’Connor and Jeanne Lambrecht; a dressage pas de deux featuring Monty Roberts and Courtney King Dye; a dressage musical freestyle presentation by Pierre St. Jacques and Lucky Tiger; a showcase of reining and Join-up from the saddle featuring Monty Roberts; dressage commentary by 2009 World Cup winner Steffen Peters, featuring demonstration riders Kim Gentry and Stephan Kiesewetter, a jumping pas de deux featuring Kate Levy and Samantha St. Jacques; a book signing by bestselling suspense author Tami Hoag; a Small World Showcase featuring miniature horses and Shetland ponies; “Finding the Courage Within” presented by Jeanne Lambrecht; a grand finale featuring four-in-hand champion Chester Weber, driving the surprise celebrity equestrian Santa.

The Holiday Gala will feature a catered VIP dinner and bar along with a fundraising auction with Momnty Roberts as the guest auctioneer and a special shopping village.
