Ben Ebeling on Bellena Posts Personal Best to Win Devon World Cup Grand Prix Kicking off North American Circuit for Fort Worth Final

DEVON, Pennsylvania, Sept. 26, 2025–Benjamin Ebeling on Bellena posted a personal best score Friday night to win the World Cup Grand Prix kicking off the North American circuit for the championship Final in Fort Worth, Texas next April.

Ben, based in Wellington, Florida and the 15-year-old Hanoverian mare scored 71.239% in the rider’s quest for a second championship having qualified on Indeed as one of three North Americans in the 2024 Final in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Camille Carier Bergeron on Finnländerin, the Oldenburg mare now aged 15 that she competed on Canada’s team at last summer’s Paris Olympics was runner-up on 70.130%, the only other duo in the 17 combinations to breach 70%.

Kevin Kohmann also of Wellington on Dünensee placed third on 68.913%. Kevin on the 16-year-old Hanoverian gelding is seeking to qualify for his third World Cup Final on the same horse, only the second North American to do so. Laura Graves on Verdades was the first.

Canada’s Brittany Fraser-Beaulieu on Jaccardo, in the pair’s second international Grand Prix event, was eliminated after earning a score that would have placed them third.

The Grand Prix is designed to advance riders to the Freestyle, that will be staged here Saturday night. The top three results of combinations in the 10-event North American circuit will count toward qualifying,
