LIER, Belgium, May 15, 2025–Charlotte “Lottie” Fry competed Everdale for the first time in more than a year won the CDI3* Grand Prix Thursday.
Lottie and the 16-year-old stallion that was her Tokyo Olympic bronze medal mount was awarded 73.652% for the victory. The British rider, ranked No. 2 in the world, placed her focus on Glamourdale, also ranked second in the world, that she rode for both team and individual bronze at Paris last summer and for the World Cup championship last month.
Marieke van der Putten of the Netherlands filled both second and third places.
Making the international Big Tour debut on Zantana RS2 OLD, 11-year-old Oldenburg mare, Marieke was runner-up with a score of 72.522%.
On the 10-year-old Dutch stallion Kuvasz RS2 whose previous international competition was at Small Tour 13 months ago, she was awarded 71.848 per cent.
