DEL MAR, California, April 20, 2025–Kristina Harrison-Antell’s victory on Finley in the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Sunday boosted the partnership to sixth place in the $250,000 US Open standings.
Kristina of Los Angeles and the 15-year-old KWPN gelding scored 72.180% for the pair’s first musical performance win and a day after capturing the Grand Prix for their first Big Tour victory.
The win in the field of four starting combinations and the only score above 70% gave Kristina and Finley 20 points toward the US Open to add to three previous results that had her previously outside the top 10 in the standings for the final of the US Open scheduled as a CDI5* for Thermal, California Nov. 13-16.
Nadine Schwartsman of Eagle, Idaho on Royal Flash R, 14-year-old Rhinelander gelding, scored a personal best 69.935% for runner-up as they were in the Grand Prix.
