Isabell Werth, the most successful equestrian in Olympic history ranking her sixth among all athletes in summer and winter Games, talks to dressage-news.com about the most controversial aspects of dressage.

Isabell sat for almost an hour with Kenneth J. Braddick at Basel, Switzerland where she made her 26th World Cup Final appearance.

The conversation, the second since dressage-news.com launched the podcast can be heard at https://creators.spotify.com/pod/dashboard/episode/e31ajtq.

It is about 50 minutes in length.

Issues discussed include the alleged brutality of Cesar Parra, welfare of horses in general and what changes may come about on the most talked-about aspects of sport horses.

Isabell shares her opinions about the future of the sport and even a joking suggestion that U.S, President Donald Trump could extend his “Make America Great Again” campaign to insure the equestrian facility in California in 2028 is great again.

And she discusses the prospect of her competing at the Los Angeles Olympics in 2028.
