OCALA, Florida, Jan. 31, 2025–Canada’s Denielle Gallagher and her Lusitano gelding Come Back de Massa won the CDI3* Grand Prix for the first Big Tour victory for the partnership.
Denielle and the 13-year-old gelding that she has competed in Florida for the past three years scored 65.739% for the win in a field that was reduced to four starting combinations to qualify for the Freestyle.
Nora Batchelder of Williston, Florida on Nova, 10-year-old Oldenburg mare, was runner-up on 64.131%.
A Grand Prix to qualify for the Special also did not count when the single entry retired.
