WEST PALM BEACH, Florida, Jan. 18, 2024–Charlotte Jorst and Atterupgaards Botticelli on Saturday won the Gold Coast Opener CDI3* Grand Prix Special in the third Big Tour competition for the American pair.
Charlotte and the 13-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding scored 66.957% in the duo’s second Special since moving up to Big Tour two months ago.
Botticelliin was bought by Charlotte in 2018 after the Danish Warmblood gelding was competed in the World 6-year-old Championship.
Canada’s Megan Shea on the 19-year-old Sir Schiwago was runner-up on 64.979%, with only three combinations in the class.
