Ingrid Klimke, the two-time Olympic eventing gold medalist and dressage team World Championship medalist for Germany, will take over the ride on Vayron, the stallion that Daniel Bachmann Andersen rode on Denmark’s Paris Games silver medal dressage team.

Vayro was switched from Daniel’s stable a week ago and the ride given to the 56-year-old Ingrid.

Ingrid rode Franziskus FRH in the dressage World Championships for team bronze in 2022 and the following year the duo competed at the dressage World Cup Final in Omaha.

In addition to the Paris Olympic success, Daniel and the 13-year-old Westfalen were on Denmark’s bronze medal team at the 2023 European Championships and the pair’s last competition was runner-up in the World Cup qualifier in Herning earlier this month.
