ST. MARGARETHEN, Austria, May 31, 2024–Australia’s Simone Pearce rode All We Need to a personal best score to win the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday.
Simone and the 10-year-old Rhinelander mare scored 70.609% for the win for the third victory in three completed Big Tour competitions this year.
Ryan Torkkeli on the 18-year-old Rhinelander gelding Sternenwanderer was runner-up on 69.391% just 10 days from the deadline for Canadians to earn scores toward qualifying for a place on their nation’s team at the Paris Olympics.
Austria’s Amanda Hartung on Dresscode Black, 17-year-old Hanoverian gelding, placed third on 67.304%.
