LIER, Belgium, Mar. 1, 2024–Charlotte Dujardin riding Alive and Kicking in the 10-year-old mare’s first international competition won the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday with team mate Charlotte “Lottie” Fry on Nespresso runner-up in a starting lineup of 41 combinations.

Charlotte Dujardin on the Westfalen mare that she owns along with her long time coach Carl Hester and Ulrike Bachinger was awarded 75.043% in the rider’s first competition in this Olympic year. Charlotte’s string of horses includes Imhotep, her world and European Championships mount; Times Kismet that was a star at Small Tour in Aachen in 2023 as well as Alive and Kicking.

Lottie Fry, world champion rider, scored 74.283% on Nespresso in the 15-year-old KWPN stallion’s second Big Tour competition.

Sweden’s Patrik Kittel on the 10-year-old stallion Jovian that he has gotten to ride since the suspension of Andreas Helgstrand placed third on 73.739%.
