OCALA, Florida, Nov. 15, 2023–Christoph Koschel rides Eddieni to first international win by the pair in taking the World Equestrian Center CDI3* Grand Prix Thursday.

Christoph, 2010 World Equestrian Games bronze and 2011 European Championships silver medal rider for Germany, and the 14-year-old KWPN gelding scored 68.478% for the fourth CDI event since taking over the ride in June from Japanese owner Masahiro Kosaka.

Yvonne Losos De Muñiz of the Dominican Republic and the 18-year-old mare Aquamarijn was runnerup on 67.935%. This was the pair’s first competition since the Pan American Games last month. Aquamarijn was ridden by Yvonne at the Tokyo Olympics, 2022 World Championships and the 2019 and 2022 World Cup Finals.

Kerrigan Gluch of Ocala and the 12-year-old PRE gelding Mejorano HGF, owned by Hampton Green Farm, placed third on 66.978%.
