KRONENBERG, Netherlands, Juy 29, 2023–Flore de Winne rode the nine-year-old Flynn to a personal best score to win the Peelbergen CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle on a career high for Belgian rider.
Flore and the Hanoverian stallion were awarded 77.160% for the first victory this year and the fourth since beginning Big Tour 13 months ago.
Morgan Barbançon of France and 17-year-old Oldenburg gelding Sir Donnerhall II OLD in the eighth year of their Big Tour partnership was runner-up on 73.895%.
Sweden’s Tinne Vilhelmson Silfvén on Hyatt, 11-year-old KWPN mare, placed third on 73.800%. This event was the Big Tour debut for Hyatt that Tinne competed at at Medium Tour in Wellington’s Global Dressage Festival over the winter.
