Adrienne Lyle, Olympic and World Equestrian Games silver medalist for USA, reported Monday she is pregnant with a girl.

The 38-year-old Adrienne who lives in Wellington, Florida and is married to veterinarian David Da Silva said the baby is due Oct. 3.

“We are now to the five-month marker and everything is looking good,” Adrienne told DRESSAGE-NEWS.com.

She has competed extensively in Europe–including three Nations Cups at Aachen, Germany–but said that because of her pregnancy she will restrict her schedule this summer to coaching rider Christian Simonson.

Adrienne has had the most equestrian success on Salvino, the Hanoverian stallion she began competing at Big Tour in 2017 and is now aged 16.

In addition to silver medals on U.S. teams at the Tokyo Olympics and the 2018 World Equestrian Games in Tryon she and Salvino were on the squad at Herning, Denmark last summer that earned a start for the United States at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

She competed Wizard at the 2012 London Olympics.
