HAGEN, Germany, April 21, 2023–Frederic Wandres and Bluetooth OLD claimed a double victory at Horses & Dreams CDI4* in winning the Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday night for the eighth straight victory this year, six in Wellington, Florida to be the top money winner on the the winter circuit.

The German team rider and the 13-year-old Oldenburg gelding scored 81.525% for the victory. The pair won the Grand Prix Friday on a personal best score.

Frederic is the rider for Hof Kasselmann that is the owner of Bluetooth and organizer of this event. He completed his third annual circuit in Wellington leading Germany to Nations Cup victories in each of those years.

Denmark’s Daniel Bachmann Andersen on the 12-year-old stallion Vayron was runner-up on 80.760%.

Fellow Dane Nanna Skodborg Merrald and Blue Hors Don Olymbrio, 15-year-old KWPN stallion, placed third on 79.485%.

Nanna was reserve champion on Blue Hors Zepter at the World Cup Final in Omaha earlier this month and rode Blue Hors Zack on the 2022 world championship gold medal team.
