FONTAINEBLEAU, France, April 21, 2023–Charlotte “Lottie” Fry and Glamourdale easily won the CDI5* Grand Prix Friday to extend the pair’s undefeated record to seven beginning with individual and freestyle golds at the world championships last August.
The British rider and the 12-year-old KWPN stallion were awarded 79.935% for the win. The victories included two World Cup qualifiers but pulled out of the Omaha Final as it fell at the peak of the breeding season.
Dorothee Schneider of Germany and First Romance, a 13-year-old German Sport Horse gelding, were runner-up on 75.000% in their first competition in six months.
Spain’s Juan Antonio Jimenez Cobo and the 14-year-old Lusitano gelding Euclides Mor were third on 73.696%.,
