SAMORIN, Slovakia, Aug. 30,2022–Germany’s Frederic Wandres and Hot Hit OLD made it two-for-two by winning the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Tuesday a day after capturing the Grand Prix.
Frederic and the 11-year-old Oldenburg gelding scored 74.276% for the win.
Spain’s Pablo Gómez Molina and Ulises de Ymas, a 12-year-old P.R.E. gelding, was runner-up on a personal best 72.596%. The pair also posted a personal best 70.761% in the Grand Prix.
Susan Dutta of Wellington, Florida and Don Design DC were third on 70.830%, the highest score in Europe for the American rider and 12-year-old Hanoverian gelding. The pair first competed in Europe in 2019 and again this summer.
