KRONBERG, Germany, July 15, 222–Dorothee Schneider and Faustus won the Schafhof CDI4* Grand Prix Special Sunday with the highest score in three years for the combination nominated for the German team at the world championships less than three weeks away.
Dorothee and the 14-year-old Hanoverian gelding scored 75.553% for the win following victory in the Grand Prix two days earlier.
Compatriot Carina Scholz on Tarantino, a 15-year-old Hanoverian stallion, placed second on 73.426%.
Isabell Werth in the Big Tour debut on Budhi, 11-year Oldenburg stallion, scored 73.234% for third.
