HARTPURY, England, July 8, 2022–Fiona Bigwood returning to the international arena on Daytona Platinum that she has shared with her daughter and husband won the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday.

Fiona of Great Britain and the 11-year-old Oldenburg gelding that she describes as her favorite, scored 71.305% in the first CDI since the pair’s sole international competition in March 2020.

Her daughter Mette Dahl competed Daytona Platinum in a Junior CDI in March this year.

Germany’s Kathleen Kroencke and San Royal, a 15-year-old Oldenburg gelding, were second on 71.065%.

Britain’s Gareth Hughes on KK Woodstock, a 16-year-old Baden-Württemberg gelding, was third on 70.544%.
