LIPICA, Slovenia, May 27, 2022–Alisa Glinka and Aachen won the World Cup Short Grand Prix Friday in the campaign by the Moldovan partnership to earn a start at a second Final, to be staged in Omaha next April.
Alisa and the 11-year-old Oldenburg gelding scored 68.316% for the win with the Freestyle scheduled for Sunday to decide points in the Central European League. Alisa and Aachen competed at the World Cup Final last month.
Estonia’s Grete Ayache and Farao da Raia, a 12-year-old Lusitano gelding, was second on 68.105%. Valentina Truppa of Italy on Ranieri was third on 66.526%.
