TROISDORF, Germany, April 29, 2022–Matthias Alexander Rath and Thiago GS won the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday in the Big Tour debut of the nine-year-old Totilas son.

Matthias and the Oldenburg stallion were awarded 70.565% for the win. Matthias competed the sire, Totilas, for Germany.

Matthias and Thiago competed in the 2021 Nürnberger Burg-Pokal, the German championship for Prix St. Georges.

Remy Bastings of the Netherlands on Eqador, 13-year-old KWPN gelding, scored 70.435% for second.

Luxembourg’s Sascha Schulz and Dayman, 10-year-old Westfalen gelding, were third on 70.283%.
