HERNING, Denmark, Mar. 13, 2022–Cristian Tudela Ruiz rode Blue Hors Zick Flower to victory on a personal best score in the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday.
The Spanish rider and the 14-year-old Danish Warmblood stallion (Blue Hors Zack x Romanov) scored 71.319% to beat the pair’s previous best of 71.064% posted last July. The pair placed fourth in the Grand Prix Thursday.
Denmark’s Olympic rider Carina Cassøe Krüth and Heiline’s Zackton placed second on 71.255% after taking Thursday’s Grand Prix in the Big Tour captured the Big Tour debut of the 10-year-old gelding.
Fellow Dane Lone Bang Larsen and Bakkely’s Onandt were third on 70.936%
