WELLINGTON, Florida, Feb. 11, 2022–Katie Duerrhammer and Quartett won the Global Dressage Festival CDI4* Grand Prix Friday for the second straight Big Tour victory and the first Grand Prix score above 70%.

Katie of Greenwood Village, Colorado and the 14-year-old German Sport Horse gelding scored 71.000% for the win two weeks after claiming the Grand Prix Special that was the first victory in a year of Big Tour competition.

Alice Tarjan of Oldwick, New Jersey rode Donatella M to runner-up on 70.739% in only the second CDI Grand Prix for the 11-year-old Oldenburg mare, the first just two weeks ago. Donatella is the second horse that Alice, an amateur, has developed from youngsters bought from  videos and taken to international Grand Prix within the past year.

Benjamin Ebeling of Moorpark, California on Indeed placed third on 70.087% also in the second CDI Grand Prix. Ben took over the ride on the 14-year-old Danish Warmblood mare from his Olympic rider father two months ago.
