ANKUM, Germany, Feb. 4, 2022–Sandra Nuxoll and Bonheur de la Vie won the Grand Prix Special Friday narrowly beating German Olympic rider Dorothee Schneider on First Romance.

Sandra and the 10-year-old KWPN gelding scored 75.882% for the win while Dorothee and First Romance, a 12-year-old Baden-Württemberg gelding, placed second on 75.522%.

Sandra, an Austrian who now rides for Germany, and Bonheur won the Louisdor Prize German championship for Developing Grand Prix horses in 2020.
