KRONBERG, Germany, June 26, 2021–Isabell Werth and DSP Quantaz won the Schafhof CDI4* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday with team mate Dorothee Schneider on Faustus runner-up, both on personal best scores.

Isabell and the 11-year-old German Sport Horse gelding scored 85.945% in only their second Big Tour musical performance to better the mark of 85.450% from 11 months ago.

Dorothee and 13-year-old Hanoverian gelding were awarded 82.375%. Their previous best was 81.865% logged in February this year.

Jessica von Bredow-Werndl on Zaire-E was third on 81.060%.

This is part of the second of two observation events to decide Germany’s team for the Olympics in Tokyo in four weeks.

Isabell on Bella Rose, Dorothee on Showtime FRH and Jessica on TSF Dalera BB will compete Sunday in the Grand Prix Special. The Special to music at the Olympics will determine team medals.
