DOHA, Qatar, Feb. 26, 2021–Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Zaire-E won the Al Shaqab CDI5* Grand Prix Friday with German team mate Dorothee Schneider on Faustus posting a personal best for runner-up in the €150,000 (US$182,000) event.
Jessica and the 17-year-old KWPN mare scored 76.957% for the win.
Dorothee and Faustus were awarded 75.913% that surpassed the previous high of 75.174% set in Salzburg, Austria last month.
Finland’s Henri Ruoste on Kontestro DB scored 74.500% for third.
Morgan Barbançon of France on Sir Donnerhall II OLD also posted a personal best 73.370% to place fourth.
