ALTER DO CHÃO, Portugal, Nov. 27, 2020–João Miguel Torrao of Portugal rode Equador to a personal best score to win the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday.

João and the 11-year-old Lusitano stallion were awarded 77.348% for the fifth straight win since March. The result eclipsed the previous best of 77.000% awarded three months ago to the pair that has competed at Big Tour for 20 months and was on Portugal’s team at the 2019 European Championships.

Daniel Pinto on Santurion de Massa was second on 74.587% with Vasco Mira Godinho on Garrett third on 72.196%.
