WELLINGTON, Florida, Nov. 14, 2020–Bianca Tota and Cadento V won the Global Fall Dressage CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday for the second straight victory and another personal best score.
Bianca and the 14-year-old Danish Warmblood gelding scored 73.190% for the win a day after capturing the Grand Prix on a personal best for their first ever Big Tour victory.
This was the duo’s fifth Grand Prix performance to the music of “How to Train Your Dragon” since starting Big Tour in March, 2018.
Bianca of neighboring Loxahatchee found Cadento (Charmonix V x Lobster) in Denmark as an eight-year-old.
Australia’s Kelly Layne on Samhitas was runner-up on 72.090%, repeating the placing of the Wellington-based pair in the Grand Prix.
Anna Marek of Williston, Florida on Snoopy Sunday was third on 70.940%. Anna and the 11-year-old Oldenburg gelding were making their Big Tour debut after competing at Small Tour at last winter’s Global Dressage Festival in Wellington.
