CHIEMING, Germany, Sept. 4, 2020–Ingrid Klimke rode Franzisku to victory in the Gut Ising national Grand Prix Friday just days after dominating the Strzegom CCIO4* Nations Cup three-day event in Poland.

Ingrid and the 12-year-old Hanoverian stallion on which she is ranked 33rd in the world dressage standings was awarded 76.800% by the three-judge panel.

Dorothee Schneider and Faustus were second on 75.933% with Lena Waldmann on Fiderdance third on 72.033%.

Ingrid, a five-time eventing Olympian with two team gold medals, on SAP Asha P led Germany to Nations Cup victory at the Strzegom event and placed first individually on SAP Hale Bob OLD, her 2016 Olympic team silver medal and 2018 Tryon World Equestrian Games mount, and second on Asha.
