SEGOVIA, Spain, Aug. 8, 2020–José Garcia Mena and Cuba Libre won the CDI3* Grand Prix Freestyle Saturday, the debut international competition for the Spanish partnership.
Jose and the 12-year-old Hanoverian gelding scored 72.300% for the win a day after the Spanish team rider took the Grand Prix on Sorento.
Portugal’s Maria Caetano on Fenix de Tineo were awarded 71.850% for second place, as the pair were in the Grand Prix.
Claudio Castilla Ruiz of Spain on Fogo de Lyw was third on 71.050% .
