HARTPURY, England, July 5, 2019–Charlotte Dujardin rode Mount St. John Freestyle to a personal best score to win the Hartpury Dressage Festival CDI3* Grand Friday with her coach and World Equestrian Games bronze medal team mate Carl Hester and Hawtins Delicato runner-up.

Charlotte and the 10-year-old Hanoverian mare that won team and individual bronze at the Tryon world championships last September were awarded 81.891% for the win. The result beat their previous best of 80.348% set a month ago that was the duo’s first competition since the Tryon WEG last September.

Carl Hester and Hawtins Delicato, an 11-year-old British-bred Hanoverian gelding, scored 76.543% for second place.

Gareth Hughes on Classic Briolinca was third on 75.696%.
