SEGOVIA, Spain, May 10, 2019–Spain’s Jordi Domingo Coll competing Sonata DSH in the nine-year-old mare’s second Big Tour event won the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday on a tied score with José Antonio Garcia Mena on Benzi Landro.

Jordi and Sonata scored 71.304% to lead a Spanish sweep of the top three places, a month after the their Big Tour debut. The pair were placed first based on a higher median score than the combinations with same total result.

The score of 71.304% for José Antonio Garcia Mena and Benzi Landro, 13-year-old KWPN gelding, that placed second was a personal best in two years at Big Tour.

Claudio Castlla Ruiz on Icaro MG was third on 70.913%
