SAUMUR, France, May 5, 2019–Isabel Cool and Aranco V won the CDI3* Grand Prix Special Sunday in the first Big Tour Special and the Belgium team pair’s first Grand Prix victory.
Isabel and the 14-year-old KWPN stallion that competed for Belgium at the Tryon World Equestrian Games last fall, scored 71.319% for the win. The duo began CDI Grand Prix in September, 2017.
Arnaud Serre and Ultrablue de Massa, on France’s team at the 2017 European Championships, posted a personal best 71.064% to place second.
