s’HERTOGENBOSCH, Netherlands, Mar. 15, 2019–Daniel Bachmann Andersen rode Blue Hors Don Olymbrio to a personal best score to win the CDI3* Grand Prix Friday for the Danish combination to start the second year of Big Tour competition.
Daniel and the 11-year-old KWPN stallion scored 78.848 per cent to surpass the previous top result of 78.283 per cent awarded just a week ago at Herning, Denmark. Daniel is also competing here on Blue Hors Zack seeking to clinch a start at the World Cup Final in Gothenburg, Sweden April 3-7.
Isabell and Don Johnson FRH, the 18-year-old Hanoverian gelding beginning his ninth year at Big Tour, placed second on 74.022 per cent.
The Netherlands’ Edward Gal on Glock’s Voice was third on 74.478 per cent.
