MUNICH, Germany, Nov. 25, 2018–Benjamin Werndl and Famoso won the Munich Indoors CDI4* Grand Prix Special Sunday to wrap up the first Big Tour event for the German partneship.
Benjamin and the nine-year-old Oldenburg gelding (Farewell III x Welt Hit II) scored 76.766 per cent for the win, after placing second on 75.413 per cent in the horse’s debut CDI Grand Prix Friday. The duo competed in one CDI Small Tour event in April 2017.
Austria’s Ulrike Prunthaller and Bartlgut’s Duccio were second on 71.702 per cent with Birgit Wientzek Pläge of Sitzerland onRobinvale third on 70.468 per cent.
